Delay your opponent with Wall of Junk and bouncy creatures like Aether Adept, while also attacking with hasted creatures such as Glitterfang and Viashino Sandscout. Once you drop Confusion in the Ranks, Glitterfang and the like act as creature exchangers, but at end of turn they return to your hand. So you basically steal creatures for 1-2 mana with no consequences. Or, use creatures with Evoke to use their ability, steal a creature, and your opponent receives nothing since it's sacrificed as it comes into play!
