Budget friendly creatureless B/R discard/burn deck; based on Megrim and Liliana's Caress. The only really expensive cards are Thought Hemorrrhage, Dragonskull Summit, Earthquake, and Lavaclaw Reaches, and even those are pretty affordable compared to other cards.

hmmm, if you're going for a megrim deck, why use red at all, if your aim is to discard their hand and make them take life for it, then why not just keep with that and add more black discard cards, even some creatures that force a discard, and Liliana Vess would make a great addition with her first power to force a discard

but overall a decent deck, just a little unfocused
I disagree with Thrandir about dropping the red. This deck needs red to get the huge effects of dropping a Blightning when you have a Megrim or a Lilliana's Caress (or multiples of both) out. The Blightning/Megrim/Lilliana's Caress combo is powerful (more so than just mono black discard cards). However, I do agree with Thrandir that Lilliana Vess would be an excellent addition to the deck, and still keep it creatureless (if that's something you're going for).
Thanks for the input guys. As pookiejelly pointed out it is better to have red splashed in, not only for Blightning but also for Burning Inquiry. Blightning + Liliana's Caress/Megrim = 7 dmg to the player. Burning Inquiry + same combo = 6 dmg. Plus having red splashed in will allow you to burn the rest of the player out if need be and also allows you to take out their creatures. Lilliana Vess does seem like a good idea, can't believe I forgot about that :/
