Instead of deft duelists, use cards that can tap to deal damage, such as cunning sparkmage

I have been tempted to use that combo a long time ago, but I can't find grindestone anywhere.

You should have some artifact searching and put some more artifacts in there. I'm not sure you can win with just that. Maybe take out Garruk and put in Tezzeret/Tinker.
Instead of nature's spiral, mercy killing, and deglamer, maybe you should put in millstone, grindestone for extra mill with something like cumberstone or pithing needle to give some more defence.
Your Quillspike+Devoted druid combo is nice, but for it to have any effect as another way to beat your opponents, you might need some equipment for trample or flying such as Loxodon Warhammer, Kitesail, or something of the sort.
Oh, and it never hurts to put in a few ornithopters.

That is why there is Megrim.
If you have Abyssal nocturnus and megrim on the field, a duress is like
All abyssal nocturnus you control gain +2/+2 and fear. Target oponent loses 2 life.
Then, look at that players hand and choose target nonland and noncreature card. That card gets discarded.
But I guess you're right about discard decks

Your mana curve is freakish...
No one drop creatures isn't great.

add more burn, for one thing. Possibly, use token generators just in case
Use Valakut.
In my opinion, counterspells without Guile isn't worth it.... but its your choice

Most of the small allies are white (1 drop hada freeblade, 2 drop kazandu blademaster)
And, it has Join the Ranks, one of the best ally spells and the only sorcery
Red has the best offensive allies AKA akoum battlestinger and kazuul warlord
Green is great because doubling season + any +1/+1 counter ally (kazuul warlord, etc..) gets double the money. And of course, there is Harabaz Druid.
Thats why there are so many.
