Not bad, but once you have Heartless Summoning out you kill half your creatures. No more BoP, no more Viscera Seer. And the rest become flat little 1/1 creatures, which makes them vulnerable to, well, everything.

the wording of Melira, Sylvok Outcast says "you can't have -1-1 counters placed on your creatures" and the wording of Heartless Summoning says "creatures you control get -1-1". The difference is that Heartless Summonings ability remains static. It's not putting -1-1 counters on my creatures. Therefore that wouldn't work.
