Time Spiral was one of my favorite blocks. It was awesome! bringing old mechanics and a couple possible future ones to the table in one wild set. I was always a little intimidated by time counters, suspend, and vanishing, however, so I decided to build a time spiral deck. This is what I came up with. It's a bit complicated to play with all the time counters to keep track of but I'd love any feedback!

Paradox Haze actually stacks (provided your first upkeep isn't denied), so it can grant multiple upkeeps. I suggest increasing it to 4x.A warning about Reality Strobe, once the opponent has nothing left, you have to bounce your own stuff. Ancestral Vision was just unbanned in Modern (takes effect 8 April 2016). This is a strong draw card. Deep-Sea Kraken is awesome. Not only does your spells and upkeeps remove counters, any spell the opponent plays removes a counter too.

Wow I hadn't realized Paradox Haze stacked! this deck just got even more annoying! :) As far as reality strobe, yes I try to not have more than one cycling at a time, but because it can return lands I pretty much always have something to unsummon. Thanks for the suggestions!
I still want to make a deck where I play something that triggers each of the the opponent's upkeeps, then speed up the effect thanks to enchanting him with Paradox Haze :P Maybe I'll use that new Witch that transforms into an Aura attached to an opponent...
That would work... plus I think a few of the old Innistrad curses activate on Upkeep (the black and blue milling ones come to mind).
