Also, the mana curve looks even higher because they're ranked by cmc even though certain spells are modal and have cheaper options.

Thanks for the advice. I literally came here to look at the curve and do just that!
Done. But now I don't get to call the deck "wee delver" anymore. : (
And the shrines. x) I actually haven't play tested this deck yet, so I have to wait and see how everything actually holds together.
Excellent suggestions. I always forget about Blasphemous Act. I considered Gelectrode and play tested with it and it was excellent for wiping out tokens and other weenies without the use of board wipes, but I felt he slowed down the deck a bit since his casting cost is the same as the dragonauts. Runechanter's Pike was also considered. Maybe I'll try to squeeze in two copies. I realize now I probably don't need 4 Phantasmal, 4 Assault Strobe, and 4 Faithless Looting. Thanks again for the suggestions.
I'd also suggest adding a few Bonfires to your SB.
Your spells are too costly. I'd use magiccards.info to search for all burn spells with converted mana cost of 1 and sub them in instead of Brimstone Volley or Incinerate. Sure, they don't do as much damage but it's all about speed. It seems to be a bit of a slow aggro deck. I'd find even faster creatures to put in instead. Also, I'm guessing you have 2 Silent Departure for the flashback? A flashback of 5 simply isn't worth it. You should run 4 Vapor Snags instead. The loss of 1 life really makes a difference. Wait to use them while your opponent is attacking to Snapcaster into a Vapor Snag. I'd Switch out the Mana Leaks for Spell Pierces and consider SB'ing your counter magic. Just find cheaper versions of everything. It seems to be an aggro deck that doesn't kick in until turn 4, which is too late, especially against other aggro. You can check out my U/R aggro I just made: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=374233
Nice. I just built a U/R Delver myself just now.
Actually, between all the mana-producing elves and doubling effects like Vorinclex or Mana Reflection, I can often hard-cast the eldrazi on turn 4 or 5 as well.
