I love duress, and free booter is awesome but only if I were a creature based deck with glint sleeve etc

Since i Have 3 Mastermind's Acquisition main i can free up that space for another removal spell. Mastermind's Acquisition can be a good draw mid to late game and can be a tutor for removal or counterspell where torment is a bad draw unless i flip gateway. so i figured id try and make it like a legacy wish deck and run it in the board ;P
yup i love torment of hailfire, its the only win-con and it is in the board :D
from testing this the artifact count feels like it will be the bare minimum you can run only becasue the 2cmc artifacts count for 2 artifact because they make a servo. I have been trying to find room for the mimic, but i had to add more lands as i kept missing land drops and the deck really needs to hit lands the first 3-4 turns specifically.Mimic would fit the curve perfectly thoughI agree fatal push would be better main then i can slot in the 3rd and 4th out of the board, very smart. Conduit is a cheap tutor for ulamog and more cost reduction for creatures. I think i could cut 1 ulamog but he jsut wins the game almost on the spot and kozilek has over preformed in this aggressive shell which is surprising since he is the least played of the 3 titans. guess i empty my hand quick so the draw is good, and i have enough low drops that it makes his counterspell ability usefulI considered walking balista but since its an artifact i cannot improvise artifact so it didnt seem as goodYour land Idea is very smart, i will have to consider more interesting lands like Mortuary Mire to put a creature back on top of the library or Ruins of Oran-Rief to pump up my creatures, i just wanna make sure i have my colors asap. i love love the haste land though (battlements?) so sick with any creature. Cause this deck floods at 25 lands and i miss tons of land drops at 24 lands so im stuck
i totally agree but engulf should keep you safe from combo and slow them down enough to get to a turn when you can go off. I personally like the draw spells to really push the deck over the top to gather more and more zero drops and outcomes to win on the spot. Contingency plan came from a need for more 2 drops that could set up the draws from my big draw spells
I would love to run a duel but pauper does not offer duel lands. I need the forest for land grant which also turns on abundant growth . I shall look into utopia sprawl but growth also draws a card and fixes mana. I personally dont like the anarchist / morgue theft combo but i need 25 creatures. You can win easily with a bauble in play and a spy in play as long as you can generate 7 mana :p
