I haven't actually made this deck, but I want to! I'm just waiting until I've got the $$.The obvious goal here is to have a very powerful hydra deck. But I don't want to have to take out a loan to make it -- I want to keep the budget reasonable. But any advice on changes would be appreciated! I've been sitting on this deck for a couple months now, and I doubt I'll make it any time soon. But I expect it to be one of the most powerful decks in my collection.
