Deck Description

The Mystical Teachings engine (Teachings for spell, flashback Teachings for Teachings or another spell if you\\\\\\\'re out of Teachings), the Haakon engine (drop Haakon into a graveyard, play him, Nameless Inversion machinegun), and the Makeshift Mannequin engine (evoke/discard CIP elementals and reanimate for extra profit) all rolled into one. Enjoy.

Deck discussion for Haakons Mystical Mannequin Teachings

The idea is nice enough, but it just doesn't seem solid enough to beat say a quick beatdown deck or even a white weenie. Need more knights to really make use of Haakon.

I'm commenting on something so aged... oh well. Haakon decks don't need a lot of knights. It's just a matter of getting a few into your graveyard. You could run a Haakon deck with 4 black knights and 2 Haakon if you run Buried Alives and search cards. I think a Haakon deck should make use of it's reanimator engine and focus on black control. Creature-based decks are always the weakest themes, and Haakon is a nice way to attempt contradicting that. I run one myself, and it is a lot of fun.
