This deck is literally on its knees begging for a Doubling Season or four.

I agree with reanimationk, I'd swap 4x Thoughtseize with the 4x Duress in your deck, or maybe 2 Duress and the Mind Sludge. I'm personally not a fan of either Duress or Mind Sludge. They're very limiting and only useful in certain situations. Duress can't knock out creatures, which is generally what beats on a discard deck, and by the time you have 5 mana for a mind sludge, the other guy doesn't have 5 cards in his hand. Also maybe dump the inquisitions for Mire's Tolls? They're cheap discard and only get better as the game progresses and you have more swamps.
