Deck discussion for Sanguine Nightmares

I really like this deck. I only have a couple suggestions. I would get rid of Sengir Vampire and 2 Necropolis Regents. and replace them with 4 Bloodline Keepers/ Lord of Lineage.

Here is my Vampire Deck. http://www.mtgvault.com/xreverie8/decks/this-deck-sucks-its-awesome/

Your deck has more heavy hitters but seems A bit slower and more creature heavy than mine. I would suggest putting in some 1 and 2 drop vampires. Vampire Nocturnus and Bloodline Keeper will make them stronger for late game. Also think about Sign in Blood and Read the Bones for some more draw power.

Hope this helps.

Cheers for the suggestions, will have a look at what I have and might drop in some draw cards.

TBH Sengir Vampire was shoved in because they happened to be on my desk at the time :P
Bloodline keeper looks like an awesome suggestion!

Yeah, Bloodline Keeper is almost a must for Vampire Decks. He generates 2/2 Flying vampires every turn. When you have five creatures on the field transform him. He makes all the tokens you made into 4/4. Not to mention if you have Vampire Nocturnus or another Bloodline keeper on the field, then you have 6/6's or 8/8's.

He also boosts Vampire Nighthawk. a 4/4 or 6/6 Vampire Nighthawk is hard to deal with. And also consider Shadow Allie Denizen. Every time another black creature enters the battlefield, She gives a target Vampire intimidate. Her in combination with the previously mentioned Vamps, you have a Vampire Nighthawk getting through every combat phase and doing 4-8 damage while also giving you life link.

How do you Like Sorin Markov? I don't own one, so I've never played with him. Is he effective in actual game play?

Being honest I have yet to have a game that gets to the point where he is used. Will let you know if I ever get that far!

That's the Problem with "Bloodline Keeper"...he takes too Long to make a real board impact (and is often enough removed before). Therefore I would use 4 Nocturnus and only 1-3 Keeper.
Like xreverie8 has already pointed out your deck is a little bit heavy on heavy hitters. I would reduce their number a little bit and add either some carddraw ("Sign in Blood" or "Read the Bones") or some cheap cards ("Vampire Lactator", "Pulse Tracker", "Blade of the Bloodchief"). "Vampire Hexmage" can also be an interesting card as it has first strike, which is a rare gift for monoB vamps, and can remove a planeswalker the moment it hit's the board.
I did a revision on the vampire eventdeck "Vampire Onslaugh", perhaps you can take get some ideas from there (http://www.mtgvault.com/muktol/decks/vampire-onslaught-revised/)

Greetings
