Centered around the emblems of Tamiyo and Venser. Just keep stalling until you can Ultimate one of the planeswalkers then take over. Many repeated abilities can take place with the blinking. Venser+Stonehorn Dignitary=no combat steps for opponent.

I like it. The only problem I see is against straight burn, but you could sideboard against it. Otherwise very cool. Points for playing Tammy in a flicker deck. Please take a look at my Tammy fog deck and let me know what you think: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=348927 Oh and consider the Deadeye Navigator. He's expensive at six, but he lets you flicker his soulbond partner for 2 mana. Combined with Snapcaster or your Stonehorn, that's brutal.

Thanks for the tips. I do feel like it would be weak to burn and control but i have a few cards in mind for a sideboard. Ill check out youre deck too
Oh, or Nephalia Smuggler, actually. One drop, for 4 mana you can flicker any creature you control.
Also Conjurer's Closet would let you blink a creature at the end of every turn.
Replace Terminus with Day of Judgement. With Tamiyo Ultimate you rather have cards go to your graveyard rather then the bottom of your library. I'd also replace the Sanctifiers with Giest-honored Monks to give you more creatures to stall or go "O" with. I've been working on a similar deck with currenty a splash of black. Once I recieve 4x Giest-honored Monks I'll be removing the black. Here's a link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=350506
I like what you've done with this deck, have you ever thought about goin B/W instead of W/U? I run a filthy B/W blink pod deck that just crushes face. feel free to take a lok and lemme know what you think. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=374663 cheers!
