I think this is way too heavy on the 3 cmc slot. It will be a rough curve. That being said Minotaurs don't have great support outside of the cmc. So it will be a challenge to break away from that. To start I would switch out Adaptive automaton for Metallic mimic. That will help. Also I don't think your getting enough from white to warrant the splash. But that is my opinion. Honestly how important is radiant destiny? Your Minotaurs buff each other quite a bit already. And boros charm is good sure, but I don't see it being splash worthy.
First of all, I took out metallic mimic because it is too flimsy so I didn't run it second, Boros reckoner is one of if not the best minotaur plus there is only one lord for minotaurs that gives extra toughness, so radiant destiny. Thanks, anyway.
I should add that you don't need white to cast Boros Reckoner. Split cards are usually not hard at all to cast in two color decks. So it's not something that should determine a white splash. I get your other points. I just wish that curve could smoothen out a little.
In a two color deck with lands that produce one mana type only, a card with three devotion to one color is not a good idea. Besides, Boros charm is the only thing I have against removal.
