The basic strategy of the deck is to cast a creature then Infernal Plunge+Geosurge and pull out your big guns, direct burn spells are minimal as the huge creatures provide sufficient damage output. The Gut Shot is an additional option for triggering the bloodthirst on my Hellkite just in case i run out of mana. Reverberate to counter my opponent's counter, it also helps if i copy infernal plunge or geosurge. *something to take note of: if i copy infernal plunge, i don't even need to sacrifice a creature as i am not casting that spell itself! =)* mental misstep in the sideboard is for all those annoying one drop creature removal. If it gets too hard to play out the big guns, swap in hero of oxid ridge+gob tokens win games as well.. Please comment so I can truly make this into a tournament quality deck! thanks! *side note:reverberate and moltensteel dragon are two red cards that are way underated.. hopefully more people might realize their true value some day...*

it's strong but it seems like it won't deal much damage for fast deck and control types

it depends, it's more versatile than it seems and has more than 1 possible win condition.. moltensteel, furyborn, wurmcoil and hero of oxid ridge are devastator end-gamers.. just need to make sure it stays in play long enough.. reverberate and mental misstep can help with that.
I'd replace at least one Furyborn hellkite with a Balefire Dragon.
yeap, sounds good, edited the deck list already.. any more suggestions on innistrad cards?
Well, think of this combo: Turn 1: Memnite + Infernal Plunge + Brimstone Volley :)
thanks for the suggestion! it's a good combo actually, but i doubt i'll be doing it in the first turn as i won't have any board advantage after that.. maybe in lategame, i can sudden kill with a combo like this though. =)
for more static damage you could always try a combo with chandra's pheonix. I personally love plunging it then casting brimstone volley then playing her and swinging again :)
