This is a really unique concept, I like the strategy. However, there are a couple of things you need to change, and a few you probably should:a) Rogue Refiner is banned in light of the recent updates. I'm not sure what you were planning to spend the energy on anyway...b) I don't like Costly Salvage in here. I know it's to trigger Journey to Eternity to flip, but there are a few better cards to have: -Defiant Salvager: Only costs 1 more mana, adds a body to the board, and has additional versatility -Morbid Curiosity: Similar effect as Costly Salvage, but wins game if you sacrifice Ghalta (they could have a deathtouch creature or something) -Yahenni, Undying Partisan: Similar to Defiant Salvager, probably better if only for the hastec) You probably want some countermagic to combat decks like Approach variants, which will increase in popularity after the bannings. The deck is also control-ish, so you want some control-y cards. One thing that may seem counterintuitive with this deck is that the cost to reanimate guys with Journey flipped is the same as the CMC of the guys you want to reanimate (Scarab God, Carnage Tyrant, Ghalta with a big creature out already, Gearhulk are all similar). This could probably function as a stompy deck just as well. Maybe there's something I'm missing.

Wouldn't Scavenger Folk be a better form of artifact removal for the sideboard than Gleeful Sabotage, as it gives another sacrifice trigger? Caustic Caterpillar is similar, but higher activation cost.Other than that, great deck.
I agree with Phibbonacci's prognosis of forked bolt for magma jet; I've found that forked bolt is almost always better in testing (although I haven't tested this deck). On another note, I get the idea of having reverberate in here, but is the extra instant/sorcery spell trigger really worth taking a burn spell out for? I would personally have a 4x of rift bolt in there for reverberate, but maybe someone can convince me otherwise. I love the deck concept and the creativity, +1
I know you are trying to go infinite, but it's a pretty disruptable combo with a lot of pieces. It's never a good idea to sacrifice consistency for a glass cannon. For instance, I really want to resolve my Enter the Infinite/One with Nothing combo in my Nekusar deck, but I'm not going to take out Forced Fruition and Font of Mythos to run extra support for it. I still want to run cards with good synergy with my commander alongside my combos. With that being said, with all the ramp you have, and with planeswalker support in the deck already, there's absolutely no reason not to run Karn and Ugin. Furthermore, even in a creature-light deck, Aura Shards is an auto-include for any deck in Selesnya colors in my opinion. As far as the Tier One thing, I could honestly never see Sisay beating the likes of Narset, Teferi, Yisan, and Zur, with any amount of tweaking. There's T3 potential, but definitely not Tier One.
I like the idea. There are some cards that you could consider that I noticed weren't in your maybe list:Grave Pact (absolute house, and 3 black isn't a problem)Skirsdag High Priest (would help solve the deck speed problem)Bitterblossom (also helps with speed, and gives you fodder for marauder if you want to keep him. Unless you want to keep the deck budget...)I would probably go with more of an attrition strategy, running cards like innocent blood instead of vile rebirth. Bitterblossom and Yahenni would be worth considering if this was the case. Then you can also run cards like smallpox to slow down the opponent and blood artist to help close out the game. Grave pact would then probably warrant about two slots. However, this would make the deck more expensive, and it might alter its strategy more than you might like. Whether you decide to implement my suggestions or not, I think Skirsdag High Priest is a must. A 5/5 demon each turn is too much for most people to handle, and there are plenty of morbid triggers. Maybe take out Carrier Thrall?
This deck is worse for not playing Disciple of the Vault. It's a well-known companion to Atog-Fling and allows for wins without needing to sacrifice as many artifacts. Also, because most opponents will have multiple creatures by turn 4, most decks like this run blue for Distortion Strike or Artful Dodge, so Atog will get through, and use Seat of the Synod as another artifact. With blue, it stands to reason that you would also add Thoughtcast, and then Springleaf Drum for color fixing, and you have a pretty standard Grixis Atog Affinity deck. I don't know if you were trying to be original with this and shun blue for more utility spells, but Disciple of the Vault is a must. :)Also, this kind of deck is certainly high-risk, high-reward, as you are sacrificing most of your permanents to try to kill your opponent. Your removal is really only Galvanic Blast, of which you can't even count on drawing 1 of in a game (as you don't run card draw/cantrips). And, Pauper has a high number of flash creatures, even if most aren't used competitively, and there's nothing worse than sacrificing your entire manabase and swinging with an Atog onto an empty board only to have in chump blocked. If you really want to be successful with this, you need more removal (Terminate is logical if you want to stay Rakdos) or blue for evasion. Another thing, Myr Servitor is a nombo in a dedicated Atog-Fling deck, as it can only return one of its kind to play every upkeep. That's not to mention that you need two of them, which is unlikely, considering that you can't even tutor them with Shred Memory (if for some reason you have no better targets). (Despite this, if you run Distortion Strike, you wan swing in after sacrificing both Myr for the last few points of damage.) That's a logical cut for Disciple of the Vault. Other logical cuts are Rakdos Signet (prob. for Springleaf Drum), and if you want to add blue, 4 lands (you can easily win with three lands out, esp. if they are artifact lands), Krark-Clan Grunt (since you have 4x Shred Memory for Atog), and then you can mess around with numbers of Puzzleknots, Thoughtcasts and Strikes/Dodges. I'm not pushing you toward blue, I've just found that the deck is a lot more consistent with the added depth. Nice idea, though. +1
Portent is a cool card, never heard of it before. Seems like a Ponder you can also use on an opponent, which is great flexibility. However, the reason I run Brainstorm is I can get rid of the cards in my hand least useful for the current situation, and shuffle them away with Evolving Wilds. Portent/Ponder doesn't have that hand interaction. I run Evolving Wilds for that reason as well as land thinning. Think of it as a common fetchland rather than Evolving Wilds and the stigma attached to it. :)Thanks for the suggestion!
I preferred Ephemeron because, unlike with spire golem, you can protect it with a counterspell when all the counters come off. The additional power and haste also gives your opponent less time to respond.I second accumulated knowledge over opt for vintage, though.
I agree with Anon, you'll end up killing yourself before your opponent. If you replace Eidolon with Myr Landshaper, it can act as a secondary Liquimetal Coating while being able to kill your opponent by attacking.
I'm really not a fan of Pyrostatic Pillar. Since almost all the spells in here are <4 mana, and your opponents could just not cast cheap spells, Sulferic Vortex merits more slots than the Pillar.I agree with Maniac that Goblin Guide would help out this deck a lot. I'd probably take out 3 mountains and a Glacial Chasm for it. Then, although it's 1 more mana, Zo-Zu the Punisher would be a nice substitute for Pillar because of its synergy with Goblin Guide. Overall good deck, though.
Mass Appeal would be too good in this deck.
You should include Slip through Space in here. It makes Blistercoil unblockable while drawing you a card. I'd take out Visions of Beyond.
This is a really cool deck, although i'd recommend putting your sideboard cards in the sideboard.Just one question: Why the evolving wilds/terramorphic expanse? It seems as though you would want your borderposts coming in on your first turn, and if your lands enter tapped, they can't pay the 1 mana to cheat out the Borderposts.
The combo is really cool. I hadn't thought of anything like it before. If you had Courser of Kruphix on the battlefield during your combo, would it give you the life each time you cycle through the combo?
I'd recommend 1 copy of aggressive Mining. You won't need any more lands after Seismic Assault is out, and the card draw could be necessary to win the game. Plus, it's another card to tutor out with an extra Treasure Hunt.
Speaking of enchantments, shouldn't Mystic Remora at least be in the sideboard for playing against noncreature decks? The cumulative upkeep is nasty to deal with, but with consistent land drops (which you'll get from drawing cards) it shouldn't be a problem.
I might add some act of treason-like cards in, to gain control of your opponents creatures and then sacrifice them.
Shield of Kaldra and Sword of Kaldra have a converted mana cost of 4, so they aren't Tiny Leaders legal. I could put Helm of Kaldra in, but its better with the other two.
