With this in particular, I wanted to make a white deck that had some options to engine with token but not necessarily be about "Attack, chump, Flood".
With this in mind, there is a couple of ways to playing this deck from starting what you have to start with. More Removal(yes, pacifism is removal to me) in hand means playing control, having secure and a brimaz/ means starting early aggro for all intensive purposes. You don't want to hang on too long to the token cards but to flow with the play when needed as general and altar will make it alot easier for punishing them on second main phases and give them new math to think about if they let you pass with a bunch of tokens tapped out.

Have you toyed with God-Favored General? He can be a nice token engine, especially with Convoke abilities. You could add some Devouring Light (really good with all your creatures because it's basically a free spell and it exiles). I would maybe sub out some Pacifisms for that. Ephemeral Shields could go in for Feat of Resistance. I think Convoke is your best friend in a deck like this. You may also consider Triplicate Spirits. Also, take out Take Up Arms (too slow) and add another Launch the Fleet. Vanguard of Brimaz is another good consideration since when you target him with Launch the Fleet, he adds 2 creatures.Anyway, cool deck! I have a similar Mono White Soldier deck that is more "Tribal/Beatdown" but you might be able to take inspiration from it.http://www.mtgvault.com/pepsidime/decks/standard-soldiers/Good luck!
