Game plan is to get cheap 0 mana artifacts out as much as possible, and then drop Steel Overseer to +1/+1 everything as much as possible. Master of Etherium is great for some buffing too. Voltaic Key can do a multitude of things for this deck, such as untapping Master Transmuter, untapping Steel Overseer, untapping Æther Vial, untapping Isochron Scepter... etc, etc, etc, etc.
