Mono Blue Devotion with a small splash of Green for Prophet of Kruphix. Still debating if I want to put in Master Biomancer in place of the 2 Judge's Familiar's to put my Elementals created with Master of Waves out of reach of death if Master of Waves is killed. Let me know what you guys think about that? Anyways, this deck is pretty straight forward. Build up devotion, and lay down Master of Waves to make a shit ton of little Elemental creature tokens. Whenever Journey into Nyx is released, I will be switching out the 2 Domestication for 2 Hall of Triumph, as it puts your Elementals out of range of death whenever Master of Waves dies.
Build up devotion for Master of Waves and Thassa, God of the Sea. Use Thassa to find the right card for the right situation. Splash green for Prophet of Kruphix for being able to untap all lands and creatures on our opponents turn and being able to play creatures at flash speed.
