looks good look at my elf deck they don't use that many archers but they can rush pretty quickly.
it seems u want 2 run Grixis cards. i sugjest that u bace your deck around Grixis, keep the muilty color cards, keep the land but make it more even. Use and abuse child of Alara Mostly i agree with dragonchild
