the basic idea is to build up an army of merfolk early and control the game with oblivion ring and counterspell. when lullmage mentor comes into play, you'll build up the 1/1's quickly and just deny your opponent the chance to do anything. judge of currents and fallowsage give you perks for using summon the school's second ability and lullmage mentor's first ability. its even complete with a pretty convoluted, yet doable infinite turn combo (wanderwine prophets + merfolk sovereign + summon the school + 4 or more merfolk)).
