Deck Description

Hmm... a work in progress at the moment. The sideboard is more or less a list of cards I'm considering.

I made a lot of revisions from the original deck and this is what I have so far. I proxied the whole thing and played it against a friend a few times and I was a bit let down. It does great early in the game emptying your opponents hand, and later in the game when you can drop a pumped up Exsanguinate it's a sure win but it lacks a decent mid game option. I'll think on it some more and make adjustments.

Deck discussion for Liliana's Seduction

I love discard decks, and I like that you have added Nirkana - who, in my opinion is the sexiest card ever! I haven't seen her in a discard deck yet. However, your deck still runs into the same problem all pure discard decks do, what to do once your opponent has no cards. Nirkana and exsanquinate work on this somewhat - and of course so does Liliana herself if she survives. I like the deck, I like it alot, Nirkana is fresh, but I dont see if being any more effective, or even as effective (without some of the classic discard spells) as other discard decks.

So what Id recommend is, drop Ashen-Skin Zubera, Nezumi Bone-Reader, and the skeletons and add in some more aggressive cards to keep your opponent on their heal, in terms of there hand and on the battlefield. Personally, Id throw in Nantuko Shade and Phylactery Lich and possibly Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief (as she so beautifully combos with Nirkana and Magus!). Also, it wouldnt hurt to throw in some discard spells as you only have the 8 discard options open after you trash the rest. Also, with that much mana floating around, it wouldnt hurt to throw in a few big baddys too (though Nirkana can be that herself) like Demon of Death's Gate (though Id only add 1 or two as fall back options.
Oh - and if one of your big kill options is exsantuinate, why not have a full 4 - its a great card in this deck - seeing how you play them with Magun and Nirkana has totally inspired me (thanks!)
Hope it helps. Maybe guts your concept too much, but it will make you more effective while playing it.

Just for ideas, here is my personal discard deck. I have recently swapped in 4 wheels of torture for 2 Megrims and 2 Augur of Skulls and am not sure how it will flow now. Previously I won at LEAST 2/3 of all the games I played, and of the 1/3 I lost, at least 1/2 have of them ended by me getting them down to 5 or less health before they can get past me and end it. Its a quick deck, and versatile. But just lacks that staying power - especially once my opponent has not more cards. Hopefully the Wheel of Torture will help.
