This is an interesting combo and if you can hold on up to 5 or 6 turns it is almost always doable. Could instead go around to discard and play from graveyard for an instant win combo or so but gets much more expensive and with the life manipulation it is a very high chance you will survive anyway.
The COMBO is very simple: 1- You need some enchantment that makes you gain life as the opponent loses life2- You need the opposite, to damage the opponent as you gain life3- You need to damage the opponent or gain life (any extort effect or so would do perfectly)So basically I can group cards for this description:1- Exquisite Blood (4 cards)2- Cliffhaven Vampire, Vizkopa Guildmage, Sanguine Bond (10 card)3- Basically every other card in deck except most lands and the enchantment searchers and Blood Scrivener (which is there to make sure you keep drawing cards along with Healing Hands and Disciple of Bolas)How it works is;Lets say you have Exquisite Blood and Vizkopa Guildmage on the board in the 6th turn or so. You must have 5 lands or so put into play so far and some way to damage and lets say its Night Market Lookout. - for three mana activate the Guildmage's ability... - in the combat phase attack with night market lookout -as soon as its tapped the opponent loses one life and you gain one -Vizkopa Guildmage triggers so the opponent loses one life because you gained one -in total the opponent lost 2 lives and Exquisite Blood triggers making you gain 2 lives -since you gained two Guildmage triggers again and opponent loses 2 lives -Exquisite Blood triggers again you gain 2 lives..........it goes on until the opponent goes below 0 unless there are cards that say otherwise which is ultimately rare.We can make a simple calculation of the chances: the chance that you start with Exquisite Blood and either one of Cliffhaven Vampire, Vizkopa Guildmage or Sanguine Bond in your starting hand is %39.95x%74.2 which comes up to %29.6 but since its ok to draw an Idyllic Tutor as well the total chance you will get sums up to %39.95+%29.6 and so %69.55 on your opening hand only.Demonic Pact is also an option to make it easier to survive since you can win in just one turn. Also don't forget that you would need to draw since mana isn't a huge issue.

NOTE: Set by owner when deck was made.
That is a miscalculation on my end turns out it is 50,69 percent chance that you will get the combo on your opening hand.
