Updated again to include a basic sideboard meant to pump up your monsters and add some more control while you do so.

Looks like you have a lot of really good tools at your disposal, but with that comes the sideeffect of spreading your card budget too thin. Some changes off the top of my head: 1. Replace 4 swamps with piranha marshes 2. You dont need 2 blood tributes. Chances are by the time you can play it, you opponents life wont be high enough to take full advantage of it. Replace with corrupts. They do static damage and you dont need to kick anything. 3. get a sorin markov, it's not a vampire deck without him. Other than those three points I cant really say you're lacking anything.
Edited to restructure the deck almost completely after a full weekend of playtesting. This should be a lot more streamlined and efficient now.
Edited to remove 4x Vicious Hunger and replaced with 4x Dash Hopes.
Just a prototype so far but I have high hopes for it. This deck is casual (not adhering to a standard). I tend to make my decks pretty linear in terms of effect types and monster types, which is very obvious in this one. Constructive criticism is very much appreciated! I can use the help :D
