They're not meant to fill the same roles, they're just there to be better.

That seems alot better. Assemble is amazing against control and it produces bodies that your deck needs. If your mana can handle it, go for it.

Probably just take out 2 negates. Also, I don't think you have enough creatures to make dragonshift good. Even if you did, Dragonshift is almost always bad. It actually downgrades your Awaken the Ancients.

Definetly play rift over disperse as they can both hit nonland permanents. I would also reduce the number of counterspells such as negate and maybe a few copies of syncopate to accomodate epic experiment and magma jet. Adding more burn and having less counters makes Chandra better as well. I know you might not always reveal a card you want with it but it is still good. Chandra is also burn to the face and can kill one toughness creatures or deal that one extra damage allowing your shock to kill 3 toughness creature. I would also add Lightning Strike.

Chandra seems very good in your deck. Not only does it 'draw' you an extra card each turn, it will help you lots against control which seems to be your weakest matchup (you can't answer their threats and they can easily kill yours). If you want to have a bit of fun, try out Epic Experiment. With half of your deck being instants, it will hit 1.5 targets if you cast it for 3 on turn 4. An ideal play would be;

T1 Judge's Familiar
T2 Instant/Sorcery (kill a threat or something)
T3 Guttersnipe
T4 Epic Experiment for 3. They take 2 (from guttersnipe) and then as I said before you get 1.5 activations (those spells, then in turn trigger guttersnipe for 0-6 damage).

I would also reduce the number of counterspells and other than bouncing and then negate, you have no way of dealing with noncreature permanents. I would look into some sort of removal for that. Perhaps add some more removal such as magma jet, it will be amazing, not to mention scrying seems excellent in this deck so try and add some scrylands.

I would reccomend 4 Voice of Resurgence MB (it's that good), Loxodon Smiter and Path to Bravery. Lay of the land is not ramp as the land goes to your hand, not the field. I don't see why you're playing Elixir SB, or at all. Golgari Charm is SB at most. Heroes' Reunion is not good, I know it triggers archangel but that's it. Otherwise it's just bad. I would also increase the number of archangels to 4. It's the glue that holds your deck together so there's no reason to play less than the maximum. Play between 4 and 5.

Yeah, maybe replace the islands and plains with hallowed fountain/ glacial fortress or the mountains with sacred foundrys/clifftop retreat.

Yeah, this is my starting point. I will not be able to afford the dual lands and shock lands for some time, I will edit it regardless though so people with a larger budget can enjoy.

Looks much better! All I can say is to playtest and see what you like and find out what works well. Something like Faith's Shield might be good to stop blocking. Here's the link for my B/W Exalted http://www.mtgvault.com/atatjacob1/decks/wb-exalted/

Nivmagus elementals for sure! Epic Experiment + Dual Casting + Blistercoil Weird is an awesome combo. Think twice > Thoughtflare. Steam Vents are cheap atm so try and pick some up. Try and get some different counterspells as essence backlash isn't efficient or versatile. Desperate Ravings might work as well. Mecurial Chemister and Nivix Guildmage are good in limited but not so much in constructed,. Swap for win-cons like Runechanter's Pike, Talrand and Niv-Mizzet.

Pretty good, but I would reccomend dropping duskmantle prowler, servant of nefarox, angelic benediction and lessen the number of cathedral of wars. Try and get more of your 1 drop and 2 drop exalted guys such as squire and the knights so you can play two a turn from turn 3 and such. O-Ring and Tragic Slip are a bit better then murder and pacifism. Try and squeeze some nighthawks in there, with lifelink those guys are brutal! Try cards that increase in power for having a powerful creature like disciple of bolas or essence harvest. After swinging for a bunch those two cards can put you in a strong position to win the game.

Has potential but apart from sublime you should have no 4cmcs or more. Nefarox is okay but Sublime is better, still use if you don't have the money.
