This is a semi uncommon, blue, green, splash black infect, semi control, semi aggro, semi midrange, semi proliferate, semi auto infect, 64 cards, 24 lands, deck.
The concept of the deck is that it semi can, semi would, semi could,semi should, etc, semi win,semi control the game by turns 3,4, 5. And when if it does that, it does that by getting out inkmoth Nexus, Glistener Elf, Blight Agent, then pumping them up with a +4/+4 Might of Old Krosa, and any ones of the about 20 pump cards in deck.
The deck can almost win on Turn 2, with the following combo:
TURN 2, 9 infect combo:
Turn 1: Land, Glistener Elf.
Turn 2: Land, cast 2 Might of the Old Krosa(+4/+4)
Altho the Turn 2, 9 infect combo, doesnt happen that often, it is possible, can and does happen.
Turn 3 Win:

Turn 2: Land, either Blighted Agent.
Turn 3: 2 Might of The Old Krosa on Agent. Attack for 10 infect, with 10/10 agent(+1/+1 from Noble, to Agent(2/2 Agent( +8/+8, from 2 Krosa's to Agent(2/2 Agent + 8/8 = 10/10 Agent), for the win.

Turn 2: Land, Flail
Turn 3: Land, Attach Flail to Glistener Elf. Krosa on Glistener Elf. Attack with Doublestrike 5/5 Glistener Elf for the win.
3. Turn 1: Pendel Haven Land. Noble Mana Dork
Turn 2: Glistener Elf, Land, Liverwire Lash
Turn 3: Land. Tap Pendel Haven to make Glistener Elf 2/3. equip Lash to Glistener Elf(+2/+0 to Glistener Elf(4/3 Glistener Elf). Declare attack with Glistener Elf, giving it +1/+1 from Noble(5/4 Glistener Elf). Before damage resolution. Krosa on, +4/+4 Glistener Elf(9/8). Lash triggers, because Glistener Elf targeted, auto infecting 2 infect to opponent. Damage Resolution from 9/8 Glistener Elf attacking, doing 9 infect damage. 2 auto infect damage +9 Glistener infect = 11 infect to opponent = win.
4. Turn 1 land. Noble
Turn 2: Inkmoth Nexus Land.
Turn 3: Land. 2 Krosa, 10/10 Inkmoth Nexus attacks for win.
If the deck doesnt win that fast, it controls the game with 4 counterspells, 2 Mana Leaks, 2 Cryptic Commands, Removal, 2 Cryptic, 2 Assassin's Trophy, 2 Contagion Clasp, 2 Corrupted Conscience, stealing, etc. Then the deck gets out hand of praetors, inexorable tide, viral drake, livewire lash, clasp, Karn's Bastion, etc, to AUTO infect, every time a infect creature is played, every time a spell is played, every time that a infect creature is targeted, every time that damage, every time that proliferate.
Then, besides being fast, quick, the deck has mid to late game play with control, stealing, tapping, destroying, bouncing, counterspelling.
And can make the creatures unblockable. And Blight Agent, is unblockable, and can Auto infect.
So thats why the title of the deck is called INFECT YOU NO MATTER WHAT, because the deck should infect opponent AUTOMATICALLY.
The deck is weaker against swarm, horde, blitz, etc, but Damnation in sideboard, shuts those decks down.
The deck can be weaker against spot removal, boardwipe, counterspells, control,etc, but that is what Veil of Summer, Surgical Extraction, Relic of Progenitus, out of Sideboard, and counterspells, is for.
Witchbane Orb protects against burn decks.

Turn 2: If played a Glistener Elf, attack with it, if it pumped. If not attack with pumped Inkmoth, if not, play either Blight Agent or Phyrexian Crusader, if not either remove opponent creature or counterspell, or do nothing depend on situation.
Turn 3: play a pump, equipment if can, or play Agent, Crusader, Praetor, Drake, if havent yet. Or Counter, Remove. Should be able to attack by now with something, should be able to do something.
Turn 4: If not winning now, should be almost winning or at least establishing control of the board, an or at least setting up to win on turns 5,6.
Turn 5: Should be winning now. Same as turn 4.
Turn 6: Turns 6,7 should be the latest deck wins.
Turn 7: Turns. 8, 9 is the extreme latest that win.
