Yeah, but every deck has it's weakness. But I don't think that would be a big deal. Especially if the slivers have Shroud from Crystalline Sliver, that spell couldn't even be resolved.

Price of Progress would be a big hitter, though. 2 Damage to each player for every non-basic land they control.

I got four Sliver Legions when they were worth five bucks. :D

I actually have this whole deck... aside from a few of the lands.

Homing Sliver does the same thing.

Thanks for the input. I'll definitely be looking into Flame Rift. I already planned on getting Lava Spike, and I ordered my Price of Progress just the other day. :)

I've thought about it, but I'm holding off because I'm a little broke. :P

Awesome input.

Searing Blaze - Because it's conditional I'm not mainlining all of them. It's pretty consistent that when I use it I have a land.

I've also - instead of Browbeat - thought of Burning Inquiry. However... you may be onto something. :)

On another note, I just pout together (quickly) a Red and Green. Surprisingly fast. Did 20 Damage by turn 4 with a Skittering Lizard and 2 mana.

Once again, thanks for the help! :D If you have your deck made on here I'll check it out soon.

Yes, I definitely was thinking that! Thanks for the second opinion. I also plan on replacing the Shard Volleys with Lava Spikes soon.

-Threw in three Sulfuric Vortex, sacking a Skullcrack, Ball Lightning, and Volcanic Fallout.

The mana curve isn't bad, if you ignore Thunderous Wrath - assuming you plan to play miracle cost 99% of the time. There are better cards out there than Keldon Marauders, Burst Lightning and incinerate. I highly approve of Rift Bolt and Lava Spike. Vexing Devil is also pretty sweet to run. If you want to be a real jerk, play Vexing Devil before playing a land, and (if) when they choose not to take the 4 damage, play a Teetering Peaks. :D

Suggestions

Magma Jet is nice for the Scry 2. It's only 2 damage, but can help you plan your next move or if you find out you'll have a crappy draw you can trash it.

Hellspark Elemental is awesome because you can unearth it!

Spark Elemental is awesome, especially if you are running teetering peaks. Assuming you lightning bolt first turn, second turn you can have a 5/1 trample haste. Which makes 8 damage two turns in.

Volcanic Fallout is awesome for creature control, or if you'd rather you could sideboard some Searing Blaze or Arc Trail.

Electropotence would be great in combination with Vexing Devil also. :D

Also, I'm sure you know that this deck doesn't work well against multiple opponents (which shouldn't be a factor in a tournament). You should sideboard some anti-artifact and anti-heal. Skull Crack, Sudden Shock, Leyline of Punishment, Echoing Ruin, Sulfuric Vortex. Just to name some. You can also look at my burn deck to get some ideas if you'd like. Good luck!
