I've been considering them for sure.

I love this deck. Is this the updated PTQ Top 8 version?
The sacklands are the heart of the deck. You never have too many. And with the really low mana curve, you don't really lose any speed.
Pulled: Sword of Vengeance and Harrow. Added: Sunblast Angel and Mimic Vat
Added Mimic Vat because it's such a no brainer for this deck. Take your guy, sack him, and put him in the vat. Then, feed vat tokens to Sarkhan before they get exhiled.
I thought about that combo, but instead decided to focus on what it does best which is taking your creatures, smacking you down with them, and then keeping them (with Bazaar Trader) or Flinging them back at you. Worst case scenario I give them to Bizarro (Sarkhan) to turn into dragons or feed em to the vampire.
This latest version sees 4x Planar Cleansings removed (boy does this deck miss them) and replaced with Sylvok Replica due to the Scars rotation. Replica is a good card for this deck as it can be a chump blocker and returnable artifact/enchantment killer.
I agree. It looks slow, which seems to defeat the whole point of the Abyssal Persecutor to begin with. I do like how you found multiple combos for your Bazaar Trader. 4x2 Planeswalkers seems overkill. I'd rather play 2 of each (if that) and swap in 4x Diabolic Tutor's for more versatility (to either fish for your Planeswalkers or get out your killer combo. Finally, Demonic Appetite and Consuming Vapors are superb compliments to Abyssal Persecutors that you might want to consider.
Replaced Scepter of Fugue x2 with Liliana Vess x2
This deck looks really good on paper. With all the direct damage, I'd rather go with 4x Negate and ditch the Essence Scatter. Distortion Strike + Time Warp + Kiln Fiend = genius!
Sanguine Blood and Blood Tribute together is insta-kill. If not playing 4 of each, I'd at least run Diabolic Tutor's to fish for the 2nd half of the combo when one comes out. Journey to Nowhere seems counter intuitive to playing Quest for the Gravelord. Consuming Vapors will get you two tokens instead of one at the drawback of untargetted kills. Otherwise you could use Assassinate.
Surprised not to see any World at War spells in this deck. I'm puzzled by Goblin Guide. In a deck that's gonna need some time to build, this guy just speeds up your opponent. Goblin Guide should only be in the fastest of kill decks. On the other hand, a deck like this aimed at putting as many lands down as fast as possible could benefit from Dragonmaster Outcast: cost 1-red, 1/1, "during the beginning of your upkeep, if you control six or more lands, put a 5/5 red Dragon creature token with flying onto the battlefield."
