While not really the 'star' of the deck, Venser provides many interesting interactions with cards that are good in their own right. The deck's goal is a fairly speedy ramp into a control/aggro mix that is punctuated by Venser. Venser interactions: -Blade Splicer: Brings in another Golem. Useful after a Day -Day of Judgment (side): Saves a creature, namely Sun Titan for getting back in the game. -Acidic Slime: Do I need to explain? -Sun Titan: When you can't attack in, or after you attack to double your proc. -Sundial of the Infinite/Oblivion Ring: Bounce the O-ring and then use the sundial when O-ring's second ability hits the stack. The second ability is exiled, making whatever O-ring hit gone forever, and you get your O-ring back to exile something else. -Batterskull: Gets you a new germ token without paying eight. Sundial is only a one of because despite the O-ring combo it's clunky on its own. It isn't totally useless, as it namely stops your opponent from Flashing in an Exarch for Spinter Twin on your turn as you would end your turn exiling it. I'm pretty happy overall with the curve and everything for this deck. While I do like that the Cobra is so explosive in the deck, I wonder if Birds of Paradise would fit the curve better. P.S. Not a fan of Squadron Hawk.
