Love the concept, but there are a couple things.

All you stuff is unblockable or shroud, which as zwolver said makes your equipment and Balmgiver useless. Since most of your creatures have shroud Tortoise Formation seems pretty bad too.

Since your colors are Bant, Dauntless Escort would make red non-targeted burn far less scary. Sigil Blessing does require a target, but the +1/+1 is untargeted and can affect your shroud guys. I would also add Deft Duelist since it fits perfectly with the theme you set.

It's definitely better, and I happen to be a big fan of Mirror-Sigil Sergeant. To the above poster, because Crystallization is blue it will activate Mirror-Sigil's ability.

The deck seems really weak against Day of Judgment, so I think the Negates would definitely be a good idea. Instead of Place Guard consider Wall of Denial, and I would probably take out the Quests and Angel and put in a combination of the zendikar sphinxes.

Ob wants in this deck badly and he demands that you somehow put black in it.

Also, Lotus Cobra would like you to know that he can dump very large fireballs with that much land.

And don't forget Emeria Angel, tons of birds!

Honestly nothing in this deck costs that much so I don't think you need much ramp. But I do think you need to put in some tutors for these creatures. The whole thing pretty much works off you getting the explorer.

I don't see a strong win condition with this deck. Is it stall til Iona or Roil elemental?

The Sedraxis Alchemists seem like a weak choice, and as the only black card I wonder why it's even in the deck. I'd suggest changing them for Walls of Denial. Living tsunami would be interesting paired with a roil elemental, since the tsunami forces you to pick up a land and roil elemental has it's nice landfall ability. In fact, you could work on that theme and put in some steppe lynx and the 2/2 flying serpent with the +2/+2 landfall.

I love this idea.

Spell-wise though I think you should put in tendrils of corruption since you only have swamps. Sign in blood would be good to get more rats. And, since you have a ton of black creatures, the zendikar land that you pay 2 and tap for as one black for every black creature in your graveyard and pairing that with consume spirit.

I would put terminates in instead of doomblades, and put in blightnings then put the duresses in the side board.

Since you said semi-budget I won't recommend things like maelstrom pulse, but the above two should be pretty cheap.

There should probably be another kazzul warlord and turntimber ranger in there. Is there a reason you skipped the Pyromancers? I'm not a fan of the Bala Ged Thief, but that's my personal opinion.

A landfall deck without Ob or Lotus cobra....

Instead of fastbond try Oracle of Mul Daya.
