Deck Description

Golem deck w/ Precursor as the foundation, Asceticism for super shroud, Distortion Strike for unblockable, and buffs for excessive beat face. Titan Forges and Golem Foundries for retarded quantities of said golems.

And proliferation EVERYWHERE.

Deck discussion for Unblockable Titan Golems of Precursoring

I would be VERY careful using Precursor Golem without any form of control. A well timed Doom Blade or Journey to Nowhere or really any decent control card can WIPE a deck like this =/ Definitely should at least consider some counters in here :)

Just reread Precursor:
Whenever a player casts an INSTANT or SORCERY spell that targets only a single Golem, that player copies that spell for each other Golem that spell could target. Each copy targets a different one of those Golems.

Asceticism fixes this problem, but Journey won't bother me too much. It won't target all my golems even if I don't have my fallback plan out. I appreciate the input though, counters are sideboarded for when I need them.

I had them for awhile. Turn Aside specifically, but since I've got Asceticism in here, I've just taken it out. I'll sideboard Turn Aside and Stoic Rebuttal though. This isn't a competitive deck lol. It's fun in a multi. I sit around for a long time and proliferate everybody's shit. When I'm ready and have a really, really big stash of golems, I'll run someone the fuck over w/ them and Mirran Mettle twice or something stupid. The Titans are 17/17's or something then? Ridiculous. I usually wait to play Precursor anyways till I have Asceticism down, they're both 5 cost.

It's on order, forgot to update the deck lol. Withstand Death is also on the side, so I can survive for a lil bit longer w/ Turn Asides and all if they're running burn, till I can drop Asceticism.

Found a way to cut the deck a tiny bit. Still isn't below 80, but it's a fun deck, not a tournament winner. Added 2 Jace, let me cut out Ichor Wellspring entirely, and it was about the only thing I'd sac w/ Throne of Geth. I figured I could get by w/ 3 Asceticism since I was doing ok w/ 3 Tides, and every time I'd want to play Vedalken Infuser, there was something better to do w/ that 4 mana, so I tossed him completely. It was another blocker honestly, and I can just make more considering what this deck is, so I'm hoping those changes will be beneficial enough.

is steady progress necessary? it seems to be more of a mana dump than anything. also, contagion engine and unnatural predation would rock in this deck.

I suppose it isn't too much. I'm not drawing it 24/7. It's a nice draw spell, get some prolif out of it, that's about it. Something semi cheap to cast once I've thrown a Tide out there. Eh. I might consider tossing it. I have 2 playsets of Contagion Engines, I just don't feel I can spend 6 mana on that. I have the Clasps so I can choose to prolif some, but I don't seem to do that very often. I'm generally playing something else, and thus rarely have the 4 mana open to do much.

I notice my Lux Cannons last exactly 1 turn on the field, if not less. People don't seem to understand that my goal is to blow up the biggest threatening creature on the field (Emrakul, perhaps?) and it's kinda "really guys? Really? Your death sentence..." and watch them get wiped a couple turns later by the biggest threat, which I probably could have stopped.

There are very few problems that can't be solved by putting a hole in the world.
