The deck builds around the artifact-creature Skill Borrower. She gains the activated abilities of the top card of your library, such as Visara's kill ability, and Arcanis' draw and bounce abilities.
Use Sensei's Divining Top to keep cards with useful activated abilities on top of your deck. With Counterbalance on the field, the Top becomes even more powerful. You can cast a Brainstorm in an emergency to dig through the top 3 cards of your library, and then put cards with useful activated abilities or the right CMC to counterbalance one of their spells. Since the deck has cards of every CMC between 1 and 6, you shouldn't have too much trouble countering almost anything your opponent plays using this combo. There are 4 Counterspells just to make sure.Arcbound Reclaimer might not seem like too powerful of a card, but it's useful to bring back a used Mindslaver, and more importantly, to help make sure you always have a Skill Borrower at the ready. They can also bring back a Top in the rare case that you might lose one.Courser of Kruphix allows you to play a land off the top of your deck, hopefully revealing a more relevant card.Liliana Vess' second ability lets you put any card from your deck on top of your library, which you can imagine is extremely strong in this deck. There are quite a few high-drop creatures, but with Elvish Piper (or a Skill Borrower with a Piper revealed on top of your deck) can help put them into play, should you have the desire to do so.To win, lock down the board, then let Visara, Gigantomancer's ability, and Liliana Vess' ultimate finish your opponents.
