Im surprised you dont play any Shimian Specters in this deck or even Extirpate.
or even any of the plainswalkers.
In my experiance 22 lands isn't enough for damnations and smallpox to co-exist but if you've made it work for you, way to go!
I do play 3 liliana vess it doesn't list them for some reason but they are there also I play extirpates in board and shimian specters are way to slow. I have at times thought about kicking the mana up 1 or 2 but usually runs good on that.
