p.s. Does the 2 headed slivers ability stack? Or is it always just the 2 blockers needed?

thanks, i would like to make it tourney legal, ( i heard sliver decks were banned from tourneys) but i have little exp in making decks and tourneys. so give me any ideas you can come up with
