The idea with the deck is to bring out small pesky flying creatures to the battlefield and pump them with Favorable Winds and Empyrean Eagle. Then get Sephara out a.s.a.p. and protect her with Siren Stormtamer (which also works very nice with Shalai) against any removal spells. As for the Sideboard: Conclave Tribunal - An Oblivion Ring with convoke, basically to get rid of any possible obstacle in both early and late game. Dovin's Veto - Agains planeswalker based strategies Grafdigger's Cage - To stop the Thunderkin Awakener with Lightning Skelemental combo or any other decks that rely on their graveyards. Leyline of Sanctity - Against anything that may target you and foil your plans.
I think Sephara is one of the best Angels ever printed in Magic. Not for an Angel deck which I am also a big fan of, but for a little pesky flyers based deck. With her lifelink ability, she is also very funny to play if you already have Resplendent Angel on the Battlefield. She is like the heart of the deck, putting it simple. I created this deck and an EDH based on her.
