Deck Description

I'm working on an elf deck to give to a newer player and I'm trying to keep it as simple and cheap as possible. Input is welcome.

Deck discussion for Elvish Hoard

why only 1 imperious perfect? i just love that card, also i would put in some more harbingers
i don't see why you want white in the deck. seems kinda useless to me. can you explain? :D

by looking at the deck i guess it's only the new blocks you're using, if you don't mind putting some older cards in it, and if you took the white out, you could make it a lot better i think :)

As I said earlyer, I am trying to build a cheaper deck and Imperious Perfect is one of the more expensive cards, I do admit it would be better with more. I tried to minimize the white but there are a few cards that demand it specifically and the others are hybrids, mostly Rhys the Redeemed and Wilt Leaf Liege. Now that I consider it I could probably remove the white and run fine by keeping in the hybrids. Even by just keeping the borderposts chances are I could still get the bonuses from dawnglow infusion but I would have to take out cradle of vitality...

How's that, dumped the mono-white, threw in another Imperious perfect and added a combo I've found with Heratige Druid, Umbral Mantle, and Rhys the Redeemed.

Don't get why you want the Wilt-leaf liege in there, and it's pretty expensive money vise, could in my eyes be changed to another imperious perfect.
looks pretty good other then that :)

I suppose but to make the framework I intend to buy the "turnabout" deck (which it comes in) and it pumps all of the green-white elf warriors by +2/+2 and with the harbingers I intend to have Rhys out every game.
