Clock spinnings can't do anything to helium squirter. Clockspin adds or removes TIME counters
no, clockspinning says: "Choose a COUNTER on target permanent or suspended card. Remove that counter or put another of THOSE counters on it." meaning you can "duplicate" any counter.
