The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

This is not my deck. It belongs to TheManaSource. I made some changes to it to fit my own playstyle.
Prolong and remove until you play your curses on your opponent. The name of the game is survival and attrition. This deck is LOADED with removal cards so don't be afraid to use them. Once the curses are out, they shouldn't have many creatures thanks to the removal which means you just have to sit and wait while the curses slowly kill them off.

Good deck, but you need more creatures

It's not meant to have creatures. It's meant to prolong the game as long as possible while keeping your opponent from having creatures as the curses whittle them down to nothing. Not the quickest deck or the most effective but just a fun little deck to mess around with.
OK
if you're looking to draw the game I would add curse of exhaustion. you can play the lockout combo with mirror pool too if that interests you. I would also think about playing isolated chapel over forsaken sanctuary. At it's worst, Isolated chapel enters like the sanctuary. Just some food for thought. Cheers!
Lockout combo with mirror pool?
I was thinking Curse of Exhaustion as well since it would prolong the game long enough for me to get a higher mana base as well as make it harder for my opponent to have a solid permanent base to sacrifice for my curses. My only issue is i dont know what to get rid of to put it in :(
Ahh! good catch Apex217. Its knowledge pool, not mirrorpool.
I dont really understand how that combo works :/
When the opponent casts their spell it goes on the stack and then they cast from knowledge pool. Since the spell they cast is now part of the knowledge pool "pool" they cast a spell from the existing pool but exhaustion says one spell a turn they cannot cast anything.
It's not a curse, but my favorite black enchantment is painful quandary...
this deck is indeed interesting by all means most definately a favorite
