One weakness with this deck appears to be the lack of cheap creatures for early game. The Serra Avenger, although cheap, is not a guaranteed drop and even if it comes in a starting hand it can't be played before Turn 3.You could consider removing your Firemane Angels and your Guardians of the Gateless to add six cheap white, red, or white-red creatures. Possibly Boros creatures with the Battalion mechanic. Alternatively you could remove your Bladed Bracers, as you already have a lot of creatures with vigilance anyhow, and keep the Firemane Angels or Guardians. Remove the other for 6-8 cheap battalion guys and you should be solid!

While I agree that Commander's Authority is unnecessarily expensive, Heavy Mattock is a virtually guaranteed +2/+2 given how many humans are in the deck. But definitely, the deck needs a more centralised theme.
The key is not whether to use 'mediocre or plainly bad' cards, but whether they can synergise well together. Perhaps you could present some actual suggestions rather than come off as a troll? The deck could definitely see improvements, of course, but I think the player would receive massively more help if you were to present actual changes rather than just call it what you did.That all being said, one possible problem here is that the mana curve might be focused too heavily on 4 and 5 drops compares to 1 through 3 drops, given the nature of the creatures and spells used. If you could obtain some cheap but useful drops, such as a full quad of Warclamp Mastiffs (1/1 First strike that costs W) and the means to buff them sufficiently, you could possibly see yourself with a better defence at hand. Additionally, you can try to consolidate your sorceries and instants, which currently feel a little bit all over the place, with too many unique cards. Your enchantments seem solid, as using four Pacifisms and two Bonds of Faith can offer you a lot of control towards enemy creatures, though I am uncertain whether the focus on tokens is wise when you lack the cards to buff them (such as a Phantom General, for instance) or benefit from them (you only have two Crusaders of Odric). Alternatively your tokens and Crusaders could form a good core for a W/G token deck, allowing you to replace them with more properly synergising cards (from Holy Strength-like effects to abilities like Awe Strike, Safe Passage and what not, depending on your target format).
You should narrow down your colours. For now it seems to be red-centric, so perhaps you should start from there?
I have to agree. Your main focus for passing damage right now seems Intimidate/Unblockable while buffing creatures with auras, and using destroys and burns to keep the enemy in check. This is an approach you can favour and try to increase the likelihood of pulling this off by obtaining more cards such as Tormented Soul, Heirs of Stromkirk, and reducing your cards to 60 (while keeping 20-24 lands) to improve your chances of drawing the cards you need to beat the opponent.

Pretty nice deck you have there! However I think you might have mistyped the number of your lands? I assume you meant to have 10 Mountains and 10 Swamps, as opposed to having 10 and 20 respectively as it is already listed.Happy berserking!
I would definitely add a fourth Squadron Hawk if I had the option, but unfortunately my "group" plays mainly with very old collections (thus forcing us to play Vintage) and my collection, while the one with the most modern cards, is also the smallest.
