I swapped...
Dark Ritual for Chaos Warp
Vampire's Bite for Unstable Obelisk
Basic Lands for Arcane Lighthouse and Bloodfell Caves (the others were too expensive $-wise)
Stormkirk Noble for Blood Artist
Lightning Bolt for Vandalblast

I'll definitely keep Bile Blight in mind but my playgroup doesn't use anything token/clone heavy.
