well that depends. do you mean would this do what its meant to do? maybe. will it win? supremely doubtful lol, but id love to be proven wrong yo

looks like a turbofog shell. I would run something other than Advent as your win condition though, with so few creatures, it makes a very easy target for removal that your opponent is just stockpiling. I have a turbofog decklist on my page if you want ideas. its moderately successful.

I am liking this so far; however you need to focus on one objective: how are you going to win. I see you have cards that make the enemy suffer which is good, but you have cards which make you put tokens on the field as well as you gaining life and cards. Each of your planeswalkers play differently. One annoys the opponent but tapping and untapping, the second one makes you put loyalty counters and acts like a creature, the third one deals with the cards in your deck. Try sticking to one theme instead of jumbling every card into one deck. Good job keeping the deck legal to Standard. I had a hard time making efficient standard decks.
