Deck Description

Sliver Deck for casual games, first deck ever posted, opened to tips and suggestions. Designed to be as fast as possible and a bit flexible too.

How to Play

The main idea is to make a sliver deck capable to close game asap thanks to Ward Sliver, Galerider Sliver, Shifting Sliver... in addition to steroids ofc. Didn't include Queen because Brood seemed a better alternative considering the 5 slivers that allow for easier direct attacks(great synergy imo with Virulent and Bonescythe too). Amoeboid was included for Sliver Overlord Combo which shouldn't be hard to pull off thanks to Wild Pair and Homing Sliver. The reason it has 4 gemstone and 2 manawelft slivers is that it doesn't have mana accelerators so those slivers should fill that role. Lands were chosen to be as fast and flexible as possible. Didn't include Root sliver because hopefully we'll pick up cavern of souls in useful time.

Interesting take on Slivers. I like the variety :)

Just a few suggestions though.
Amoeboid Changeling pretty much does nothing for this deck. It's a 2-drop sliver for 1/1. His slot can be filled with a sliver that would help the others more.

Being an ex-sliver player myself, I think you ought to reduce the amount of clunky slivers since you want to be playing fast.
You lack a lifelink sliver. Perhaps consider Essence or Syphon Sliver :)

I also suggest Harmonic Sliver (even if sideboarded). It's a must against certain decks. Good luck!

Thx 4 the input! Amoeboid Changleing is there just for the the combo with the Overlord, Amoeboid changes opponent creature type, Overlord takes control :). Slivers are among the decks I have the most fun with even if not even nearly competitive enough considering the price, oh well at least it's great fun with friends. I totally forgot about those 2, i think I'll go with syphon since it costs less.

Hmm interesting combo. Does it happen reliably tho? There's only one copy of each. Funny if it does happen though xD
Yeah having fun is what it's all about, don't worry :P

It should happen if I play my slivers right with wild pair, overlord or homing slivers which can take both amoeboid and/or ofc overlord(5 cards out of 60). Distant Melody gets pretty monstrous quickly usually allowing to draw 5+ cards by turn 5.

Thanks a lot! I think that maybe I should remove Toxin SLiver since the main point of the deck is to manage to attack the opponent directly without having to deal with creatures. Ideas?
