The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

A bit of a departure from my typical super budget decks. Tried to keep it as low as possible but I refused to cut the Overseers. Not a huge fan of the contagion clasps but couldn't find a better option. As always, suggestions welcome. EDIT: Decided to swap the contagion clasps for a more dynamic Prototype Portal. Ideally should work with the overseers but it gives some wiggle room to drop Fiends or Crushers. EDIT2: Cut Thrummingbird, Arcbound Fiend and Arcbound Slith for Arcbound stinger, throne of geth and Etched Champion. Thanks to Klangark on the assist.

I like where you went with it, but nothing that was there really brought much different to my deck. I unfortunately cant afford beastly cards such as doubling season. Did you have something specific from your deck that would work well here?
Throne of Get + Arcbound Worker: A cheap way to kill your creature and proliferate Etched Champion : You only have artifact so they gain the protect for all color easily. Put all your counter on them. (replace the crusher) Steady Progress: For proliferate and drawing (replace crackling counterpart)
You know, I wanted to avoid sacrificing my creatures as a mechanic because then there are fewer that reap the benefits of the overseer and proliferate. Sacrificing also poses a problem when it comes to low creature count games where sacrificing an artifact may conflict with Etched champions Metalcraft. It does provide a bit more flexibility though and I can see situations arising where I could use the sacrifice effectively. I took out thrummingbird to make room there as it is a great proliferate in the early game, but it would compete with my other 2drops. Also it wasn't an artifact and would not synergize with Throne/Overseer/Champion. Speaking of Champion, I had initially passed up Etched Champion because he cost a bit much for my typical budget deck, but then I remembered I wasn't sticking to $10 for this deck. Instead of dropping the crusher though, which has a very decent +1/+1 ability, I dropped the Arcbound Fiends. They were too mana costly and they were effectively a less useful substitute for Etched Champion. I decided to keep with the counterpart, at the expense of steady progress. I see this as a more well rounded move because: A. More artifacts for Throne/Overseer/Champion B. Can be a second Overseer/Champion and C. Can aid if I have creature drought, where as steady progress is only as useful as the number of Creatures with +1/+1. Now that I only have 16 arcbounds, the probability that I can effectively proliferate, drops. Overall though, those were fantastic recommendations. Thanks for the help!
Voltaic Key, check out any of these if you have a moment , King of fling Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=395357 Goblin Deck Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=393095 Tibalt Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=394962
Voltaic Key only really helps directly with the overseer. It would compete for Mana with the prototype portal and be almost never used with the throne. Keeping one creature untapped is nice, but I would hope that I have balanced this well enough to be using all my mana for creature drops each turn. I did briefly consider the benefits of an Unwinding Clock. I thought it would be too mana heavy though.
