I think it's not good for this deck to have two very different approaches. I believe you should choose between doing damage by drawing with Niv-Mizzet (In which case you should DEFINITELY add Mindmoil, Tolarian Winds and maybe Psychosis Crawler ), and self-milling with Laboratory Maniac, in which case I'd still play Tolarian Winds, maybe Jin-Gitaxias if you manage to cheat him in play, Show and Tell is always a good option.Either way, I wouldn't mix these two concepts in a single deck.Edit: I didn't notice it was a Modern deck. Nevermind the Tolarian Winds then.

Actually, Laboratory Maniac is just a secondary win condition, the main idea is to abuse Niv-Mizzet's draw mechanic. I had decided to include Maniac as there was a greater chance for me to mill myself should I play my cards right. Also the cards you mentioned are all good but too expensive (mana-wise) for my deck, I am aiming for a quick combo build so I can quickly draw my opponent to death. The Show and Tell card might be useful to get Niv-Mizzet out faster will play test it.Thanks for your input.
I'd include some way to protect your combo creatures. Niv-Mizzet dies to Dismember, and Lab Maniac dies to Fatal Push, two (from what I understand) staple removal spells in the format. While Fatal Push is black only, Dismember is phyrexian mana, so it can be played anywhere.I feel like I put Lightning Greaves are my go-to protection for creature-based combo decks. They are great protection and are colorless, so can be thrown on top of anything while playing any color. They just make it that much more difficult for your combo pieces to get destroyed. Could be vulnerable to the "fight" mechanic, though. Darksteel Plate makes a creature indestructible, but can't protect against Dismember. Maybe put them together? Although every piece of equipment takes away from the cards in your deck that actually help you combo off.Just a few thoughts. I'm a sucker for UR anything. Nice job!
Thanks for your suggestions, will modify my deck soon.
