All the battalion cards used are able to knock things out of the way. while the bombers and firemane can shoot a few bolts at your opponent, they can also get a few critters out of your way, either a handful of chump blocks or piled for a larger enemy. firefist doesn't worry about size, but will only tap. Aurelia's furry can be used to burn, destroy, or tap depending on mana availiblity and field size.Loyalist, frontline, and the charm all provide protection for your creatures, for mass swings.Boros is useless if your not swinging with at least three critters at once, so five alarm fire will build quickly for some major burn, or to get a pesky larger opponent out of your hair.putting out the extra cash for the dual lands, specifically the shock lands and Innestrad late lands, effectively gives haste-dual lands. this deck is all about speed and mass. we cant have the wrong color or a tapped land slowing us down.
