I hope your opponents can play while continually mana screwed, and the most infuriating part is that they will have the mana sitting in front of them... they just won't be able to use it... Because their mana pool will be constantly drained.

Glimpse the Unthinkable doesn't work with Isochron Scepter (instants only). Upwelling also affects the opponent, so they could play off that. Counter productive if you ask me.
