getting bored. decided to challenge myself and make a bunch of budget edh deck'si thought this guy was kinda usless but the more cards i put in, the more combos i saw and i thought "wow hes borderline broken" its almost the edh version of storm.having trouble cutting cards to swap for hexproof artifacts if you guys have any suggestions as always SLAP THAT SHIT IN THE COMMENTS!!! :D
from what ive seen so far theirs about 4 potential game finishers in this deck (some not necessarily all in one turn but with some extra turn cards it shouldnt be a problem)1. the most obvious one so far is phycosis crawler and enter the infinite. there is a 70% chance you can cast enter the infinite for less than 6 mana and if the card draw doesnt kill everyone you can take out at least one player giving psychosis crawler unblockable with artful dodge2 charmbreaker devils and artful dodge potentially dealing 20 damage just by casting your spells.3 once again artful doge except this time with spell heart chimera this one is for the late game however so i would wait until you have the proper amount of instant and sorcery's in your graveyard before you cast him4 a little bit of a grind fest but rise from the tides and a full grave yard work hand in hand in this deck especially with all of the return spells in the deck (keep in mind reverberate, mystic retrieval, and increasing vengeance)5 storm. alot of the storm cards in the deck will help you stay in the game like empty the warrens (shits out goblins), grapeshot (usually wont win you a game like it would in modern but it can potentially kill big creatures and alot of tokens), storm cards like minds desire is a game winner if you run into the right cards, and my favorite for storm "volcanic awakening". This card dosent win games in the traditional sense but it can blow up every land on the field!!!general strategy: there are is a lot of cards that help search for a combo piece in this deck like fireminds insight and my favorite storm card in the deck "Minds desire" ( shuffle the top card of your library, then exile the top card of the library you mas cast it without paying its mana cost. however be careful of aggro decks and your general politics with the players around you because as soon as they catch on to what you are doing its best to stay on their good side.
