I was for some time wanting to put together a black and blue control deck. When I cam accros Dimir Curpurse I decided to make this deck. The point is to bounce everything your opponent plays and then let them discard it. Careful though because not everyone enjoys playing this kind of decks.
Bounce anything strong they play back to their hands. Then weaken their hands by attacking with Hypnotic Spectre and Dimir Cutpurse. Warped Devotion really helps to gain control. Finish with a transformed Thing in the Ice.
