I was really enthusiastic when the Guilds of Ravnica and Ravnica Allegiance block came out. I love the fantasy, roleplay storyline of Ravnica with all the different guilds and I think the flavour is captured really good in most guilds (especially the spirits of Orzhov) with this block. What I love is the fact that 10 different identities are caught in the different guilds and expanded to the in-game playstyle, which they did beautifully! So, I made 10 decks using only commons and uncommons in both sets. I tried to capture the feel of the different guilds. I also made the decks specifically for the multiplayer format 'star', which REALLY complements the feel of the different guilds competing against each other! It worked really great! xDLinks to all the different decks:https://www.mtgvault.com/angatjuh/decks/guilds-azorius/https://www.mtgvault.com/angatjuh/decks/guilds-dimir/https://www.mtgvault.com/angatjuh/decks/guilds-rakdos/https://www.mtgvault.com/angatjuh/decks/guilds-gruul/https://www.mtgvault.com/angatjuh/decks/guilds-selesnya/https://www.mtgvault.com/angatjuh/decks/guilds-orzhov/https://www.mtgvault.com/angatjuh/decks/guilds-izzet/https://www.mtgvault.com/angatjuh/decks/guilds-golgari/https://www.mtgvault.com/angatjuh/decks/guilds-boros/https://www.mtgvault.com/angatjuh/decks/guilds-simic/

Fun fact, there's some psychologist who actually expanded on the psychology of the guilds. He explained that it was the best working model of human personality behaviour that he had ever seen, beating even the enneagram model which was top of the shit back then.He has kept expanding on the model ever since, and I gotta give him the credit, because I've used a similar conclusion and even implemented the guilds in my own call of cthulhu world, making them into cultists, and giving each guild an array of specialised spells. If you like psychology I can try to find the link to his work...

Hi wickeddarkman!Yeah I know that article and I really love it! In fact based on that article I've also made a new deck. I always used to love Izzet (I still do!) but after reading that article I discovered I am actually Temur. So I made a Temur deck for that reason, check it out!https://www.mtgvault.com/angatjuh/decks/temur/
