My take on a standard human deck. I wanted to test out what everyone else is currently making to see how well I could do. I've made (and am still working on) a legacy human deck. Decided to try my hand at a standard version working on a different mechanic. Built to be as quick and cheap (Mana and money) as possible. Still needs to have the necessary power still intact. (God, I hate the restrictive standard card pool....) Comments would be lovely as I would like to see how much I've improved at deck making.

I originally went for a solid white Aggro-human build on my deck. That grand abolished is a very nice thing to have on your side. However, I moved away from that strategy (and my beloved bell-ringer/elder cathar/unruly mob combo) for a more snowball heavy white-green build. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=277819 Looks pretty solid. I'm not a fan of doomed traveler even if it is a good defender.... But that is just personal preference. Better cards out there.

He's cheap. A 1/1 for W isn't bad. And the fact that he drops an extra when he dies is just a plus. Basically he's a +1/+1 for the champion for W with the added bonus of two chump blockers, the second giving me some rare flying defense.
the fact that the opoonent will be reluctant to kill it because there doing you a favor is always good
