Currently, Sphinx's Revelation is the best control card in the format. Basicallly, once the control player casts it for 5-6 and gain that huge card advantage, they've won the game. Definitely a 3-4 of card for any control deck.

I agree with Spinx's Revelation. It is super helpful. Also you may want to consider some azorius charms. They stop creatures from attacking you and force your opponent to draw the same card again. I'd take out those dissapates for syncopates, or those essence scatters. Syncopate works well on any turn they tap out which tends to be at least turns 1-3 and it cost you 1 less manna to play than dissapate. Also I like to run negates in sideboard if I run essence scatters in mainboard just in case I go against a mirror match. I don't particularly like divine reckoning mainboard as their creature will almost always be better than yours(because you have no good ones). Finally I would put in a few more game ending threats. 1 more jace maybe, 1-2 more entreat the angels, or any fat blue or white or blue/white creatures you have lying about. And of course I would be remiss if I didn't mention Geist of Saint Traft. In a perfect world you would have 4 and just replace some of those little creatures. Anyway, good luck.
I was actually thinking about maybe going esper, or possibly Dimir, because there aren't really that many good creatures for blue/white.
